Admin Panel

Associates

He can look into his day’s work. The user is bound to complete every task assigned to him in a day. The solution does not let’s them to sign-out if there is some work left in a particular area assigned to them. They can place complaints regarding vicinity, or individual household if found difficult to manage waste. It also has leave history that helps them track their pay scales.

Community

A user who wants to notify the authority for trash collection other then regular days can do it by scheduling in the software. Manager’s Solution

Dashboard

Admin can monitor every single statistics from this place. Right from associate’s manual entries to violations, with the help of weekly/monthly filter. He can analyze the whole waste management operation at a glance.

Manage associates

Keep all the data related to associates in one place. It is like a profile creation. A user will have all the details like name, email, contact, license, vehicle, reporting manager, community, etc.

Schedule work

Admin can manage associates by assigning each one of them with their community or area. He can also assign more than one associate to fulfill the task. He can manage their dates, days, time intervals, etc.

Chat

Admin can directly chat with associates and assist him with task. He can also know if there are any issues with him, queries related to address, and more. It is a convenient communication point for both the parties.

Violation reporting

The admin can look into the complaints i.e. the violations that are reported by specific community for the associates. He can look into the reported and resolved ones both at once with ease.

Inspections

Admin can directly inspect the work of their associates by visiting the said communities. He can post photos and observation points during the visit. One can make a voluntary visit and report the same in the solution.

Requests

Violation report

An associate can look at the complaint reported against him and the ones reported by him. He has to get an overview of it and act accordingly for a bright future.

Check-in/check-out

Associate will check in the solution after he enters his geo-fenced area. He will get his tasks after he gets into the location. Every bin has a unique QR code which an associate has to scan after he empties it. The job will be marked done and he will be able to check-out from the solution.

Community Solution

Dashboard

A community member can look into collection stats, violation reports, insight into daily collections, etc. They can have a good glance at all the work assigned to the trash collection company.

Violation report

The user has right to post complaint about a task not performed or not satisfactorily done. Thus, they can easily file a complaint from the software with photos. And also look at the complaints done by the associates for them.

Notification

One gets alerts about every task taking place and completed. So everybody remains on the same page.

Send request

For any extra trash collection task on a particular day, the community has to send a request to the admin. He will approve or deny it as per the associate’s availability.

Admin Panel

The admin panel is strictly monitored by the admin. He can observe every waste management operation with ease. If at all there is a new add on in property or associate then only he can add it. He has access to all the tasks performed by the manager. And he can analyze performances of everyone by applying filter of daily, weekly, or monthly work done.
